You can Convenientcollect from one of the thousands of local Post Office® location nationwide.
There are over 10,500 Post Office® locations participating in the Convenientcollect scheme. Simply choose a location that’s convenient for you and pick up at a time that suits you. Check the opening times of your chosen shop as they all differ before ordering.
HOW DO I ORDER USING CONVENIENT COLLECT?
Products that are available for Post Office® Convenientcollect will have the option available to you when you are on the product detail page or in the Checkout online. We’ll give you a choice between delivery and collection at checkout. If a Convenientcollect location is easiest for you, please select collection and enter your postcode. You’ll be shown your nearest Convenientcollect locations. Select your preferred Convenientcollect collection point and proceed with your order.
HOW MUCH DOES CONVENIENT COLLECT COST?
Convenient collect is free for orders over £50, at the cost of £4.95 if under £50.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CONVENIENT COLLECT ORDER IS READY TO COLLECT?
Convenientcollect will send you an email when your order is ready, confirming your details, pickup location and address.
If you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll also send you a text when your order is ready for collection. You can collect as soon as you’ve received either your email or text.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
The email confirmation containing your tracking ID, and;
Another form of ID with the addressee name - such as;
Debit or credit card
Recent utility bill (dated within the last 6 months)
Council tax bill
Mortgage repayment card
Trade union card
Military photo/national services/Forces ID
We recommend that you ensure the parcel has been delivered to the Post Office before you attempt to collect it.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER?
The Convenientcollect location will hold your order for 10 days, after which they will return it to our warehouse and we’ll refund your account. This may take up to 14 days to process from the date the order leaves the shop.
WHICH POST OFFICE WILL MY ORDER GO TO?
When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a shop that’s convenient for you. The name of your selected Convenientcollect shop will appear in your email confirmation.
WHAT TIME SHALL I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Check the opening times of your chosen location as they all differ.
CAN SOMEONE COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?
Someone else may collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your tracking ID and your photo ID (passport or photocard driving licence).
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CONVENIENT COLLECT ORDER IS READY?
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.
You need the tracking ID within the dispatch confirmation to collect parcels from the Convenientcollect location. If you don’t have this for any reason, please contact Customer services, who will be able to provide it for you.
CAN I CHANGE MY CHOSEN CONVENIENT COLLECT LOCATION?
You would need to cancel the original order before despatch in order to change the location of your pickup and place it again to go to your preferred location. If the item has already been despatched, you would have to re-order to your preferred location. If you leave the original order uncollected, after 10 days the Convenientcollect shop will return it to our warehouse and we’ll refund your account. This may take up to 14 days to process once we receive the order back into the warehouse.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email or text message by the end of the day you’re expecting your order to arrive, contact Customer Services. Remember to check your junk or spam email folder, as occasionally our confirmation emails will end up there.
I WAS UNABLE TO COLLECT MY CONVENIENT COLLECT ORDER. WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
The Convenientcollect location will hold your order for 10 days, and after that, they will return it to our warehouse and we’ll refund your account. This may take up to 14 days to process from the date the order was returned to us.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY CONVENIENT COLLECT ORDER.
You can return your Convenientcollect order to any of our stores, and also have the following options so long as the parcel you're returning does not exceed the maximum weight or dimension restrictions of the courier:
Return to a local shop via Collect+ (Contact Customer Services for more information)
Post it back by Royal Mail
WHY IS CONVENIENT COLLECT NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY ITEMS?
Our collection services are only available on items which can be delivered by a single courier, so heavier items which need two people to carry them won’t be suitable for Convenientcollect.
